Pros
Pay was great, I worked my way up without a college degree. Enjoyed my time there, but see the cons to how they ended my employment. Very unprofessional.
Cons
Was not treated the way I would have expected after 26 years with the company. They made accusations and when I called their bluff they had to step back and try something else. Totally ashamed of their behavior. They could have asked if I needed help with EAP or something but instead upper management and HR hung me out to dry. They took the words of people who hadn't worked in the store but for 6 months and another who had everything to gain by my dismissal over mine. Insane, but that's right to work states for you.
