Pros

Good benefits for full-time employees. The customers, for the most part, are friendly. If you put in the hard work, there's definitely room for advancement.

Cons

Upper Management does not communicate or follow standard operating procedures when it comes to scheduling. Employees do not respect each other or management. Hours are always cut for greedy corporate to collect on bonuses and still expect exceptional customer service and deadlines to be made with a skeleton crew.
