Pros

Employee discount was the only real perk, they use to offer health benefits to part time works but have since discontinued that.

Cons

Poor management, understaffing, high expectations for email collection, low pay with minimal chance of advancement, under scheduling, requiring all employees to fulfill roles they were not hired for including floor and replenishment associates cleaning bathrooms and running register while not hire or scheduling enough people to fulfill front of store duties. The constant change of store policies year to year made the environment for workers tiring.
