Pros

Customers are usually pretty great with great crafting ideas, and the discount is really a bonus. Employee and customer feedback is addressed quickly by corporate.

Cons

Pay sucks. It isn't competitive. Even with annual raises, not even close. If managers are inept or unequal to task, forget it. The entire store suffers- even if it is just one. And if management is bad, morale goes down the drain. Trying to go over their heads ended in retaliation. High turnover is always put down to "retail", unfortunately, even when longtime employees get fed up and leave.
