      Not a place to work if you want to pay your bills.

      Pros

      All the items stocked in the store to bring out your creativity.

      Cons

      Unorganized, chaotic. Work schedule very poor, work 3-4 1/2 hour shifts per day. Weekly hours worked between 3 and 8 for the most part depending on your job description. Cashiers seem to get the least amount of hours. They expect cashiers to answer the phone, since they have no store operator, while ringing up guests, while someone is asking you a question on the radio used to communicate with store employees. Too much stress! Computer schedules your work week. Expect entirely too much for minimum wage, even if you have a lot of retail experience.

      Pros

      Decent starting pay. SOME of the employees were very helpful, and they know you won't catch on immediately and are understanding. But they do tend to stick the new people doing the crappier work.

      Cons

      For replenishment crew, there is no reason at all. Store was very unorganized. Had to wake up at 1 am most of the time, and got off around 10 am. It changes your whole life schedule. Work is tedious, and annoying, and it's an overnight job so most of the people I worked with slugged around, didn't move fast, and were weird as all get out. Required to move around a lot, but carry a bulky annoying price gun on a shoulder sling. And a headset with long wire. And a apron. Had gear flying all over the place at all times. Just overall, a bad experience.
