Pros

Coworkers were always nice and positive and helped each other out. Managers at the lower level were nice and cared about people not the money aspect.

Cons

Corporate introduced credit card system with ridiculous interest rate and didn't tell me that until after I convinced several customers to sign up for one. Did not pay me the full benefits for signing people up for credit cards, shorted me the last 20 I had done within my last month of working there.
