Awesome associate discount 30% off. Great job for retired folks. Flexible hours. You can get promoted EASY

Cons

Discount excludes clearance items. Most hours go to the seniors who have worked there for years. You won't get many hours unless your management. The current asm is highly opinionated in a negative way and there is some SERIOUS HR related issues with the leadership team here. The asm here and the store mngr have a THING going on between them which makes this location a TOXIC environment to work at. If you plan to work for this company I suggest you chose a different Michaels location .
