No communication between senior management and employees. Constantly changing vision and strategy for company. One month one product is the most important in the company's history and will change the world forever. The next month it's gone, or completely redone. Inflexible culture that heavily rewards toeing the line, and punishes the opposite. Intensely political culture resulting from extremely hierarchical company structure.

Micro Management culture throughout the organisation and an absurd focus on managing people using their own internal CRM solution (read this as collecting data about what you are doing all the time). Contract Administration and negotiation of deals requires a huge bureaucracy to get things done. Has improved but still not easy for customers or sales. Centralised management and lack of team work and collaboration. Lot of talk and few actions. Would not suit an entreprenaurial or sales person that challenges the system.
