Harsh time clock practices, HR practices are unprofessional and not confidential to your issues, Management is untrained and unskilled in their position, IT is old fashion and full of control issues that go against any productivity for office workers. Very low pay for professional positions which is probably why managers don't have a clue what they are doing. HR's only concern is to make sure the time clock rules are being followed, therefore employees main concern is punching the clock and what they do in-between those times does not matter since the managers don't know what they should be doing. This leaves some employees overworked, pissed off and unable to do anything about it since HR is corrupt.

This company better get on board with change or they will be left in the dust. Upper management does not have a clue to where this company is heading in the future. They play favoritism with certain employees and if management doesn't like you, then good luck! All I can say, the other reviews hit it on the head too.
