Pros

For the most part it is a friendly work place with decent work atmosphere. The work can get to be too much some times. At first i thought that meant job security. the hours are pretty nice. pretty sure everyone loves a 9-5 job. benefits are available but they aren't very good.

Cons

the biggest problem with this place is the time clock. outside of the time clock the biggest problem is communication. because this is corporate headquarters the warehouse becomes the personal slaves of the office employees. and don't even try getting a promotion. it won't happen unless you kiss the right persons butt. among all of those, the people who actually seem to be the problem never get taken care.

Pros

Some of the people here are the nicest people i've met. I have gained a lot of experience in many areas of warehouse duties and functions. It is family owned and in general the comany as a whole is good to their employees. The branch has made quite a few changes in the last year and it seems to be moving forward fairly well.

Cons

Rules constantly are changing. You are a slave to the time card. Managament in very wishy washy and entirely too inconsistant for its own good. There is tension between all of management. People are taken advantage of based on their skills, and start times are changed constantly. It becomes difficult for someone working full time to make their 8 hours a day and their 40 hours a week. They arent really interested in hearing opinions and advice from employees, as often as they ask for them. There doesnt seem to be many career opportunities for employees, apart from maybe a lateral move here and there but really nothing major.

Pros

Many good people working in the warehouse that are miss treated and represented by the leadership.

Cons

The pay scale is terrible. Warehouse leadership lies, backstabs and is two faced to all employees. It does not get much better as you go up chain of command either. HR could use some training on Minnesota Labor Laws and confidentiality.
