Pros

The company has a decent benefits package.

Cons

Managers are not allowed to make any decisions. All decisions, even petty ones, are required to be approved by the company president, which ends up taking days, weeks, months. Compensation is really low compared to similar positions in the Twin Cities.

Pros

Zero. This place should be investigated.

Cons

I'm not sure who has been submitting these reviews but I suspect it's upper management trying to do some damage control. I worked here for over a decade and not once did the owner and 'CEO' visit our facility. Wages were increased to attract new employees whilst longer term employees were offered nothing and were making the same as someone who started the day before. Numerous times I witnessed capable people being passed over for 'promotion' ( if you could even call it that) because they didn't suck up to the manager, who had an ego the size of the universe but no idea how to treat employees. I don't enjoy being timed when I go to the bathroom then asked what I was doing in there. I don't enjoy having rules forced upon me that younger and more attractive members of staff didn't have to follow and management could give no reason why. Homophobia, racism and sexism are rife and the company DOES NOT CARE, no matter how many fake reviews they are posting here to save face. I saw hundreds of employees come and go while I was there until they had to resort to temps to keep costs down as people would start then quit the next day. You'd think that would be a wake-up call, but they call it normal turnover, LOL.
