CEO is a narcisist and non-existant. He take credit for what Front Line Staff does. He also doez not truly care.

Pros

The pros would be that it is very fulfilling assisting the homeless population.

Cons

Leadership has no clue what they are doing. They have lots of promises but do not fulfill them. The person that is in charge pretends to care for the guests but he doesn’t.

-Good learning experience -Supervision offered -Co-workers mostly willing to support each other

Cons

-Large caseloads -Programs feel silo-ed from one another -Communication between management and employees could be improved -Communication between treatment providers could be improved -Low Salary, dependent solely on credentials. -Lack of Diversity -Little work/life balance -Difficulty with recruiting, current employees take more on because of this, sometimes for over a year.
