Pros
The coworkers were great. I felt that they were dedicated and willing to do a lot to help clients and other coworkers out. The benefits were pretty good as well.
Cons
Management was ineffective and sometimes abusive to an extent. Most managers there were okay and knew what they were doing but one was the worst supervisor I have ever had in my life. She made racist remarks about children and clients and she was passive-aggressive in her communication. My final straw was when she called a former coworker's new employer to try to get him fired because she was mad that he left. She frequently tried to get people to work against each other by spreading lies about what people had said. When I left she was completely and totally power-hungry which should not be the case when someone is working with a vulnerable population.
