Pros

Free lunch is nice and the new building in Lexington is fun. An employees ability to thrive is completely dependent on your manager being able to navigate the organizational structure which changes about every 90 days. Best sales & marketing teams in the business!!

Cons

Depending on your department it is an ugly place to be. As a minority with an advanced degree this is not a choice I recommend, specifically on the business system team. Communication is poor at best and more regularly unpleasant and inaccurate, none of which is a concern for HR. The values they claim to have are only at their convenience, it's really a sign of their branding expertise.

Pros

Adopted Flexible working hours after Covid. People genuinely care about making a good product. Good group of AEs/SEs really do care about what’s best for the customer. Starts out good.

Cons

Lacks a clear strategy and customer focus. SMB that has Silos within silos. Many times there are no project managers and projects lack clear objectives or metrics. people really care and are working at 110% but know one knows what each other is doing or how to collaborate effectively. Old school boys club mentality. In the US there are few women hired or promoted into management, director, or VP level roles. There are few people of color and none in management, director or VP level roles. Sales managers going behind AEs backs to beg and put pressure on the customer for a signature.

Cons

Cult like - that's all I'll share as my experience was not positive - always two sides to every story.. however I've been gainfully employed at a top 5 High Tech global corporation for the past 3 years.. and is a much better environment with management that treats people professionally... of course like any environment its never perfect...
