-Sales reps that have been at the company for years are condescending are not welcoming to new employees -Tools and procedures are antiquated and choke the inside Sales teams -Many sales managers have been successful by default over the years and have minimal/poor managing skills to support their reps that leads to more attrition’s -Good people leave while some reps (channel) haven’t worked in years and are allowed to continue to work

The product is outdated and far behind the market. Competitors like Proofpoint, Abnormal, and CrowdStrike have out-innovated and outpaced the company. Leadership has no idea how to scale or compete. Acquisitions of weak companies have backfired, dragging performance down. Revenue is shrinking, customers are leaving, and financial targets are consistently missed. Salaries are below market and bonuses are unreliable. The culture is toxic politics and tenure matter more than talent. External hires don’t last. The recent silent layoffs show the company’s real direction. Brace yourself. This is only going downhill.
