      Pros

      The people, the product, the executives are everything you would hope for and more. The culture at Mimecast is unmatched - there is true synergy between teams which makes it a fun place to work. The product WORKS and we truly have happy customers. Lastly, the executive team is incredibly friendly, approachable, and always looking for feedback.

      Cons

      There is less of a work-life balance now that the company is growing and becoming more corporate. Please keep that small company benefit feel as we grow, it goes a long way!

      Pros

      - It is very hard to list any pro for this organization in the current state - When I joined the company the culture was very good, the financials were very stable.

      Cons

      - The competition is eating Mimecast. They just cannot stay steady with AI taking a lead in protecting the emails - They acquired few companies to add the AI skill set to their product profile but it didn't pan out as per the expectation - The customers down sells is so much that it might lead to a major instability in a very short future - For the past 3 years, the company must have laid off around 400 employees. - If you are a high earner in the company then you are high on the list of being laid off

      Pros

      The role provided exposure to cross-functional work, HR and finance support. It helped strengthen my organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a corporate environment.

      Cons

      My experience was significantly impacted by management practices within my team. I experienced what I perceived as unfair treatment and inconsistent communication, which affected my ability to perform confidently in my role. After raising concerns with HR, the situation did not improve in a meaningful or transparent way. There also appeared to be ongoing organisational instability, with restructuring and retrenchments creating uncertainty for employees.
