      products work fairly well but support and customer experience is not the best.

      Cons

      middle level managers are clickish, and unprofessional. this place is the worst career mistake for many.

      Large multi-continental network Start-up environment Good compensation package

      Cons

      24x7 pager duty where you will be woken up each night to perform mundane tasks that can be automated No documentation of how to support the platform that you are responsible for Automation is frowned upon and not trusted Most developers and overseas Tech Ops are unhelpful and do not answer questions Extremely cliquey

      Pros

      If you like free coffee and sugar snacks. It's all for you! Free Beer and wine just facilitated a culture of who thought they hit it big.

      Cons

      They will pretty much use you until you're done and they get rid of you or you leave due the abrasive culture with the new C Levels. For a company who prides themselves on diversity...it's really hard to see.
