All smoke and mirrors - place is a shadow of its former self * HR promotes awards on workplace culture based on employee surveys that are bias (respond positively or face consequences) * employee attrition or long-term employees being let go is constant (dog eat dog culture) * hiring and promotions not based on merit but relationships with upper management (several ex-employees have been magically re-hired in higher level roles) * since the Premeria buyout announcement the stock has magically stayed between $79-80 although the market is turbulent * remaining long-term employees are focused on survival till the impending payout in H1 2022 Place is sad and it’s no surprise that it’s time to be delisted and get a good payout with the buyout when you only sign 600 customers in 2021 and have a 7% churn rate. As a CSM with no leadership, I’m relieved to have left.
