I’ve been at Mindset for a year and a half and have loved every minute. Being part of a tech-driven, empathy-filled service for disabled Americans makes the days fly by—and I’m excited to start again the next morning. From our CEO down, the team is dedicated to improving our craft and refining our processes to deliver an excellent experience to our community partners and claimants. Everyone here is part of the whole, and our growth wouldn’t be possible without each person’s contributions.

There aren't enough hours in the day but that's not our fault! We are ambitious!

The mission is clear and fulfilling. We’re helping people through important moments in their lives, and you really feel the impact of the work. Leadership is approachable and transparent. Ongoing support when learning new processes. Opportunities to develop skills and grow within the company.

Cons

Not so much a con: The work can be fast-paced and requires strong organization skills. Since the company is still growing, some processes are evolving, which can be a challenge but also an opportunity to shape them.
