Feeling like working for less than minimum wage?
Pros
Fantastic patients and the knowledge that you are helping others with their hearing health. Helping make a impact on someone else’s life. Quality PRODUCT offerings.
Cons
Having your ability to acquire your needed hours for licensing be drug out as long as possible so they can keep you working for basically nothing. No new patient sales opportunities while they still have you running multiple offices with no on sight PCC working to improve your offices. The fact they expect you to be a “car salesman” instead of a carrying consultant that provides CARE for the patients! Our franchise owners don’t care about providing the service, it’s all about the $$$. Push for new technology! It’s shoved down your throat daily!! You get paid nothing for your daily work. If you didn’t make a sale that day.. you made NOTHING. You worked all day and wasted your gas to make ZILTCH! They make all these claims and promises of great prosperity all while laughing themselves to the bank. They don’t consider demographics or population.. you should be able to sell to anyone walking in the door regardless that they just handed over $7000 one to two years ago for their current equipment or living on Medicare. They push to question prospects about reaching out to family members, close out their IRA accounts or to finance them for up to 60 months. The manufacture warranty hasn’t even expired! You can’t go to management with any questions or concerns because it’s put back on you and then the conversation reverts to how you should be selling more. If you get promised a base wage, forget about it.. you sell even one hearing aid and they don’t pay your base wage! You get your commission only.. after taxes you made less than someone flipping burgers at Mc Donald’s!!
