• There is a culture of fear among the workers and manager for the L1 Team Engineers (EMEA) • The company is highly disorganized • The company has no interest whatsoever to invest in you regarding training in understanding how best to work with their services. When you ask you are sent off to go find the answers by yourself or ask other people. • The manager always hounds the L1 Team, to pick up a case even when they are working on some already. Not allowing the team to work effectively. • They always ask you to feel some weekly review via 15five platform but never implementing your feedback or taking it into consideration. • If you ask questions pertaining some process or training, you are already in blacklisted and waiting for the next opportunity to sack you/off board you. The order of work is militaristic style. So don’t ask questions. Just work like a zombie. • No salary increases for the past 2 years • You are expected to be at par with experienced colleagues within a space of 6months or else start looking for another job • The Manager is never happy or commend the team for a good job. The reward of good job is more job. • If you don’t speak Russia, you might be at disadvantage as 99.9% of the team is Russian speakers in the team. No diversity. • They like to offer mostly 1 year contract so they can get rid of you easily. • Tech stack is mainly based on Kubernetes. Any other skills you have outside this domain is practically useless • No end of the year party or social functions.
