      Pros

      Fascinating technology with opportunity to gain exposure to rarer elements of NDT. Great R&D team. There are some great,experienced people here.

      Cons

      Unrealistic sales expectations given some very dated platforms. Repeated let management know what advances customers requested but ideas flow from engineering team and are not based on real world customer needs. "Here, we built this, now go find somebody to buy it!" Never Felt that my job would be there tomorrow.

      Pros

      Work schedule was very pleasing for a family. Worked closely with clients. The manger (Jorge) really pushed for a proffesional and clean appearance for his employees to have at all times. The project manager and supervisors were all very approachable.

      Cons

      The ceiling for growth was pretty low. The growth within the branch heavily relied on the sales department which lacked the results.
