Upper management is completely incompetent. Majority of C-suite is shuffled in from overseas holding company every few years, so there is no consistency and execs don't understand the company or the market. Plants are getting run into the ground; no maintenance, no capital investment, too few employees. Stress level very high in the organization and every department fights with every other. No cooperation, no collaboration, no accountability.
