      Racist managerment and to many older employees that need to retire

      Great benefits, great employees, decent pay

      Cons

      Management is very racist. African America are not respected nor appreciated. African American are overlooked for promotion while Caucasian are fast tracked for the same promotion. African American are referred as boys and girls. Management lack knowledge of the product and computer systems. Older employees are threaten by new employees and do everything they can to bully new employees. Management only cares about their bonus and that all. Management does protect new employees from older employees.

      Pros

      There really aren't any. The business carries all of the negative characteristics associated with big companies and they are instantly obvious to anyone who works with them or for them. They have no human decency.

      Cons

      The company has a terrible work environment. It's loaded with hypocrisy, dishonesty, and overall discontent. Do yourself a favor and avoid working there if you can. Also, I advise refraining from buying any of their products as to avoid contributing to their severely unethical practices.

      There is nothing good about this company

      Does not promote people from within , polices are inconsistent, takes people for granted working 12hrs days 6 to 7 days week. Afraid to approach customers. Does not know the difference between sales and profit...just sales
