Pros

Inexpensive Insurance Benefits, Dog-Friendly Workplace and Discretionary Day paid by the company and some departments have work from home privileges.

Cons

A fair amount of nepotism can be seen here, the attendance policy could be more with the times as they do not acknowledge Dr.'s notes as an excused absence and small office politic issues are a commonplace.

We appreciate your feedback about our attendance policy. As a service business, we need to ensure that we are available to support our members and customers. Our attendance policy allows employees to be absent and allows for multiple occurrences before any disciplinary action is taken. - Great location, if you live in a suburban area and don't mind the commute you will enjoy downtown Portland

Cons

- Bad insurance for employees despite being an insurance company - No stock investing options or other perks - No relocation bonus or bonus in general - Low salary for amount of work given - Definitely not a laid back environment, everyone is watching what everyone is doing - People are mostly selfish and want only themselves to get recognized - No privacy and people can be constantly chatty - Very poor work life balance
