Pros

Flexible schedule to a point, good people who want to do positive things (but can't ), close to public transit.

Cons

My supervisor and manager have no people skills and have been caught in bold face lies. Inequitable pay, low morale, micro managed, tyrannical supervisor who's less than confident which results in her being a bully. HR dept supports management- not the little guy. Education and skills undervalued. Favoritism, unprofessional.

Laid back dress code, great co-workers, great cubical space, great ice machine, coffee/tea, great bonus at Xmas,

Cons

lack of proper training, managers haven't done the job, lack of communication, depending on your manager very micromanaged, or not managed at all. No reviews/raises in 1st year if not more. No talk of advancement or career growth.

I had a fantastic manager who was extremely supportive of my ideas, and gave lots of opportunity for feedback and collaboration.

Cons

Low wages, limited tech resources, management/supervisors with limited education. I get the impression that as a whole Moda does not value having a well educated work force. They also seem unwilling to invest in resources that will improve the overall quality and efficiency of the work they do.
