Pros

There aren't too many good things, but they offer flexible work schedule, get to dress down everyday if work in IT and awesome coworkers.

Cons

Ridiculous unrealistic project deadlines in IT, no documentation, no opportunity for advancement, employees have no voice. There's no employee development plan, pay raises are horrible for non-management and extreme micro-managing. If management doesn't like you you're screwed, non-management employees are not respected, you're set up to fail and my manager is extremely bipolar! She's nice one minute, then yelling and throwing things the next or giving the silent treatment for days!

Pros

Pay is decent for area, paid training, weekend's off, holidays off and mostly all paid, good supervisors, O T is offered, they try to keep place happy and motivated

Cons

Having a 9-5:30 schedule could be tuff if you're trying to set appointments for yourself. Other CSR talking about their personal life while you have members on the phone. It's embarrassing because, they hear Everything and to them it just sounds like gossip.

Pros

Moda has a very entrepreneurial culture. If you have a good idea, people want to hear it, and you can make things happen. That creates a very exciting work environment, where things are changing constantly and people are always looking for new opportunities to make things better. I personally believe this is one of the core reasons why the company has grown so much over the last few years. I truly believe Moda cares for their employees. We have a 7.5 hour work day here. Not that I work only 7.5 hours every day, but that is a strong signal that people are expected to work a reasonable number of hours - meaning, not too many. Last year the company gave everyone an extra vacation day as a bonus after a particularly busy time. I've never heard of a company doing that. What a nice gift that was.

Cons

The company has grown fast and this has led to some weaknesses in processes, infrastructure, etc. So be it - more opportunities for motivated people to fix things!
