Some good perks, engineering group hard to work in

4 day holidays, decent pay

Cons

Ridiculous schedules, upper management didn't understand how software dev should work, always short on developers that they moved around and expected immediate productivity. Bottom line way more important than people. Everything worse after takeover by PE firm.

Pros

The company is extremely well-run and managed. The executive is dedicated and focused on key objectives only. They don't let distractions get in the way. The compensation is fantastic as well and they award employees as well as any company I've been at.

Cons

They are in highly verticalized markets with competent competition. If you like companies with horizontal markets, Model N probably isn't for you.
