Pros

Experienced people that work with the product

Cons

The people that call themselves leadership at Model N for the most part are compulsive liars. The only thing they lead is a highly toxic and poisonous environment and culture. They promise the world when they interview you but deliver none of it and instead set you up for failure doing this to an entire team of people. They don't even follow their own core values. Model N's core values are an empty set of statements that employees all know is a complete illusion. Part of the major problem is HR is complicit with all this. HR knows the history of attrition and why but they continue to support the same lies during hiring, they support the lies when employees raise an issue to something, and they support the lies when they get rid of you. Model N is on a perpetual hamster wheel of lies and toxicity with employees living in fear of retribution. The entire culture lives in fear of saying anything that could be remotely construed as negative and you can be very sure if you do and have valid facts, that HR is involved in anything you send.

Pros

Industry Compensation Salesforce tech stack Remote workforce Revenue management software is the best

Cons

CRO is loved by the CEO and is the WORST Sales leadership. It's all "yes, sir" culture, no one is brave enough to stand up to the men who take one or two reps out at a time.
