Pros

Eventually you can leave and find another job. Met some nice people. Lots of young idealistic worker bees who try hard but burn out when they realize they can't make any difference.

Cons

Tooo many to list without sounding bitter! Lots of BS about process and improvements, little results. Hi emphasis on face time at the office, but management don't care about quality of results. Hi level of attrition. One dept had 60% of the rank-and-file team leave within 6 mos, but management didn't think they're was a problem (the only people left were management and the H1bs who couldn't leave). Managers prefer to hire people of their same nationality, good luck getting hired if your not Indian or Chinese.

Pros

Smart and charismatic CEO (his execs though seem not to respect him behind his back). Some good people (but not at senior levels Professional employees for the most part. Friday lunches /calls at HDQ.

Cons

Lousy senior management. Highly political even at the relatively junior level/mid level. Lousy products. Most have a DIY feel. Work life balance is non-existent and mundane/lousy tasks in plenty. Very long hours each day and most week-ends with management not even showing appreciation (i.e. it is expected). Sales: poor; (on the bright side this means customers are possibly too smart to get fooled.) Poor delivery. State of flux. Recently a few senior level people (sr. Director and above) left the company despite having just been promoted. Facade: pro-people but reality is way different.
