Moscow office is a really small one, so it is really easy to reach any person on each level including regional CEO. The atmosphere is friendly and professionally engaging. Any request or proposal will be definitely heard and considered. Nice people in the local region as well as globally. I knew a lot of professionals from whom you can learn a lot. The salary level was fair enough. Company has annual bonus and regular salary reviews. Many possibilities for a professional growth management engage employees to take different courses and development programs.

Cons

The level of routine documentation is slowly growing. Business process are slower then one might expect. The products knowledge base is poor, but looks like management is trying to address this issue.

Co-workers are generally amazing. Decent on-site facilities. Hybrid work from home policies.

Cons

Too much management and not enough support staff. Hard to get a full time work from home schedule. Pay has not increased competitive to the market. Merger with Komatsu has introduced complications with company attitude and focus.
