      Having difficulty with tariffs and the current world economy, including some recent large layoffs.

      Good coworkers, good installations, good benefits

      Cons

      Low balance life / work, everything is urgent, and because bad sales desicions we work looser projects then the company loose money and they fired people...

      Molex is an okay place to be

      Pros

      As always, the people are the best reasons to stay. The benefits are good and the facility is really nice.

      Cons

      The pay could be better. There is a culture which is interesting in that most people think once you have been there for awhile, there are no opportunities outside of Molex.
