For past 3 years we did successfully completed launch 20 production lines with minor hiccups.

Pros

Molex core values is Integrity and Humility. An open door policy is impose and apply a challenge process to get optimum results.(but there is a flaws in this challenges process policy based on experience)

Cons

The attrition rates is quite alarming during my employment period. Where I need to re-align and orient newly hired project/NPI Manager/Engineer regarding on company procedures and systems to avoid any delays for any customer requests.

The people were great and the fitness culture.

Cons

Too much middle management and too many changing strategies. Diversity and inclusion not a focus here. New employees with good ideas don’t stay because they’re not valued
