Motional reviews

The negative reviews on here shouldn’t be a surprise to the company by now. Some of them have been voiced in yearly survey reviews (the results of which are not always announced or in their entirety..). If there was genuine interest for a solution, they would have done *something*, instead of deferring people here to talk to HR. As another recent comment here said, people might reasonably be afraid to talk to HR in fears of being singled out. Career growth is vague and not transparent, managers get promoted without having advanced their team, people with limited experience hold senior roles. Certain questions (that happen to be unfavorable to management) aren’t approved/addressed in company-wide meetings. It is a pity, the culture used to be wonderful.

- c-suite is absolutely clueless and micromanaged the teams - the program office is nothing but a reporting team to upper management and provides 0 value in getting work done - Lyft program is the only promising work that the company has, but limited people know the requirements and aren’t building the product for the customer. - tech is very behind competitors - product org leadership is a joke, no direction and doesn’t understand the product - eng team is lazy, excuse driven and has no real work to show - Marketing does a great job, only thing the company is actually doing - shares are worthless - Vps legit hate one another - overall it’s a mess
