+1 on Boston being a good location to raise a family. However, from your review it’s clear your experience at Motional isn’t what I'd want for any of my colleagues. I'm particularly troubled to hear you experienced a lack of professionalism and would like to hear more about this. We try and get honest feedback through different channels including the Motional employee surveys, but one-way channels like these can sometimes result in ambiguity and more questions. While it’s good that you enjoyed the product, team, and benefits during your time at Motional, it’s clear your experience with us wasn’t what we want for any of our colleagues. We're proud of the strong organization we’re building and know that it takes many different functions to achieve our business goals. Our SG&A functions -- finance, HR, workplace experience teams, IT, and many more -- are a critical part of this. As we expand Motional’s operations, we’re actively working on building out our teams to ensure we have the right people and resources to scale and meet our expanding needs. In tandem, the leadership team and I remain committed to fostering a strong work-life balance for all Motional employees and do our best to provide flexible working environments with remote work arrangements and unlimited vacation to help support team members and alleviate stress.
