      - Tons of opportunity for career development. - Great company events and culture. - Flexible management, work from home when you need to, awesome workplace benefits too! -Really collaborative and open environment, lots of room to grow and learn as well.

      Some room to improve on the processes and implementing changes but with a company that has scaled this fast, that is to be expected

      -Company culture - collaborative, team-focused -Transparent & competent management - those in leadership are skilled in leading teams and managing people, not just promoted because they were strong individual contributors -Upper management takes the opportunity frequently to gather feedback directly from employees at all levels as to what's working well, what needs to be improved -Sales organization does a good job of balancing a competitive environment with support from peers & leaders

      -The company is experiencing a high rate of growth, so you must be adaptable & open to change - development of processes doesn't always keep pace with growth -Employee base is relatively young - while most everyone is very competent, there is less experience/tenure than in a more mature workforce
