Pros
I have been at Mountainside for almost 5 years, and cannot say enough about how amazing this place is! I could not have found a better place to become employed! I have been able to work my way up since starting at this company. I have been extremely supported throughout the process; through schooling, obtaining my license, to all the training's I've been given the opportunity to engage in. Another GREAT thing about working at Mountainside is that EVERYONE always appears so happy. It is such a positive, supportive environment of coworkers...or how I like to frame it...family! Everyone is always willing to help, even if they're busy with something of their own. It's amazing to know that I, and everyone I work with, is making a difference in our clients lives, and doing it because that's what we love to do.
