Thank you for sharing your experience and for your dedication as a Direct Care Staff member in North Haven. We're so glad to hear that you find the work rewarding and appreciate the flexibility we strive to offer through per diem and additional shift opportunities. We also recognize the challenge you mentioned regarding coverage when a coworker is unable to make their shift. We’re continuously working to strengthen our scheduling and support systems to ensure smoother coverage and minimize the impact on our team members. Your feedback is important to us, and we truly value your commitment to the individuals and families we serve.

Pros

Great work environment, team is supportive and caring

Cons

Could care less for the productivity plan. If client cancels its on you to call around and make it up. Very difficult due to the small caseload.
