Pros

NAFI Connecticut is a great organization. It has hard working, dedicated employees that want to help people! It has an open door policy and truly values the opinions of its employees. One of the best non profit companies in the State.

Cons

Needs to continue to enhance the evaluation system of employees. Should continue to reach out to external partners to gain feedback on improving service delivery
