      Pros

      Absolutely love working for NAFI. The work is hard but rewarding. The culture is great. Everyone is supportive. Trainings are thorough.

      Cons

      Some kids are very disrespectful towards staff, which results in a lot of staff unable to continue working due to taking things personally.

      All teammates encourage you to grow. Amazing work life balance. Continuing education/tuition reimbursement. Easy request for PTO. Amazing staff/management. They recognize employees work.
