Lovely team in my direct work environment and also great HR trainings for all employees. Lots of support of work life balance and they care about showing they appreciate you. Great for/with internships as well.

Cons

Still growing, out in Eastern CT, so many ways to grow and improve but not there yet

Great experience, low pay

Pros

Enjoyable experience working with a challenging and diverse population. Great staff. Coaches are not really part of the regular staff though.

Cons

Very low pay. There are a lot of trainings, high expectations, and standards coaches are held to in order to be professional, and rightfully so-it's an important job. The pay should be higher to reflect all the responsibility that comes with this role. Not good on mileage reimbursement.
