I am very sorry to learn you did not have a positive experience with our team as you certainly deserve much better than what you've described. Should you wish to visit with me personally, please know I welcome the chance to listen and learn. Best, Cindy Raz

Pros

Very nice people Some of them genuinely care about their work and how it effects others Having a paycheck

Cons

Poor communication Lack of transparency No sense of urgency until its too late to matter Homogeneous group of culturally vanilla people who blame outwardly and don't think to reflect on their own actions. Was hired after three rounds of interviews, left one job and turned down another. Was told I was offered more than the salary budgeted for the role, that they wanted to invest in me because I'd be a great addition to their team, then set a start date almost a month out from my hire date. That was the first odd thing. Then I was told I would be the first one to go through this new training which they changed from being one on one to mostly self-directed; though they hired me knowing I had many things to learn and that it was my first job using these skills, fine. Was told that training was the time to learn from mistakes and review. Halfway through a three-month training period I'm let go. Stated reasons essentially being making mistakes during training, and not progressing through it at the rate they needed me to, to be ready for their 'busy season'; even though I was following a daily schedule given by my manager and completing tasks within the time stated. So apparently they didn't mean anything they said. The other thing that stood out as incompetent management, is why not start me right away if you need me to be trained by a certain point? 'Do the right thing right, the first time' not even close.

Dear Former NAVEX GLobal Team Member, I have reviewed each word that you've shared and appreciate your willingness to say what you feel we need to hear. Without knowing all of the circumstances surrounding your situation it is difficult for me to respond in a meaningful manner, but I can share that I am very sorry to hear your experience was far different than what most of our new hires experience. We will look at our processes and ensure we are taking the steps necessary to minimize any chance of someone encountering similar experiences as you did. Thanks again for your input. Best, Cindy Raz VP, HR & OD

Pros

Coworkers, overtime, no dress code, flexible schedule. You barely get to talk to your coworker's between breaks, but it's always good to have someone who knows the truth about the company to gossip with.

Cons

Terrible management. I honestly believe that the managers are friends and that is how they all became manager. They are the worst part about this job. And don't bother going to HR about them. They are all friends.

I'm sorry to read about your negative experience. We recently closed the window for employees to complete our second Employee Engagement survey and I look forward to understanding if others have similar feedback. I know that it is a fast-paced Contact Center and that there isn’t always time between calls; that is a reality that we do present in the interview process. We wish you all the best in your new position.
