Pros

Some of the people are great, making it bearable momentarily. Need more words for the minimum requirement. Nothing else. Nope.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected. Constant changes--for the worse. Direct managers have no managerial experience or training leading to some very frustrating situations. Internal processes are terribly clunky and slow. Most people are very helpful and kind, others are known for being a dead end.

Not much to say that is glowing. So much turn over across the board. Employees are not valued.

Cons

Oh, where to begin... This place is absolutely boring! Move on and keep looking! I am still typing cause I need to put in 20 words before I can save...

New CEO seems to want to keep all departments understaffed in anticipation of the company being purchased by new stakeholders in the next couple of Employees are constantly told how great the company is doing financially while at the same time being told that we won't be hiring to the needed capacity.
