Executive team is unified in vision and strategy; benevolent mission; owned by leading private equity firms with a wealth of knowledge and best practices; relatively flat hierarchy with easy access to management; balanced growth offers both job security and career advancement opportunities.

Cons

Limited public transit options to/from their Lake Oswego headquarters.

Pros

Relaxed, laissez-faire when it comes to what you do in between calls, tons of food all the time

Cons

First started last winter and call volume was low...now it is incredibly high. Strict on breaches on confidential information, but hey who can blame them? High turnover, understaffed, benefits are no good, the deductible is like $500.00

And you're right, the health insurance program is not great for all of our team members and our turnover rate in our Call Center in Rexburg is high given the majority of our team members are students and need to adjust their schedules each term. Pros

- Plenty of nice people who care - Company promotes moving into different job roles within the company - Easy office to access with parking and some places to eat - Once you know your responsibilities you can basically clock in and clock out

Cons

- Ideas are not well accepted - Growth is only supported when it means assimilating - Daily work is simple and mundane - A sales-first company; software products and development are not a priority - Middle and upper management are not transparent and fire employees at-will frequently - Strong bias towards white men - Lack of creativity, innovation and even quality software products - Maintain poor policies and products that are unfair to customers - Horrible benefits, high deductible - Pay is below average with only yearly opportunities for raises and only a very small increase - A few members in top management have said and done inappropriate things and have not be held accountable
