Pros

Good time off policy (minimum of three weeks for new employees, no accrual) Good work environment

Cons

Benefits are no the best. Health insurance and super high premiums for an individual Pay is below market standard, even with us being in a recession. The pay has not increased enough. Lack of individual growth in the company. This may be due to covid mostly, but the company has stalled with their commitment to growing certain departments.
