Pros

There are employees doing extremely well and have long-term goals to stay. If you're in their clique, you're time will be great. You will move up rapidly and receive several accolades along your path of progression. It's almost like your name will be in lights. There are a lot of amenities and great benefits for employees who have friendships with those in leadership roles. The company has lots of rules in place to ensure that employees are treated fairly and have an excellent work environment. Those rules remain in place for those with friends in leadership. If you go along and follow the managers and supervisors' culture and their values, you will do extremely well and succeed here.

Cons

There are no cons, as long as you follow the culture set in place by the managers and supevisors. Do not report the leaders. Do not report issues. Do not raise concerns. Do not ask lots of questions. Do not associate with individuals who do. Follow these guidelines and you won't experience any cons. Promise.

Pros

It’s not your typical call center environment. The supervisors, managers, and communication specialists are all friendly and share the same goals. The supervisors are always friendly and willing to assist you with anything. The workload can be a bit much at times and it can be difficult to get time off, but management will try their best to allow you to use your PTO. Honestly, it’s not a bad company to work for, and the work environment improves day by day. There’s not much to complain about!

Cons

There could be more appreciation for the contact center from upper level management (above the ops managers).

Dear NAVEX Team Member! First, I'm so glad your experience is going well and I agree, we can always do more to ensure people feel appreciated across all of our departments. I also agree that sometimes we move too fast and don't take the time we need to ensure we say hello to people - your post has only reinforced why this matters. Thank you!! Best, Cindy Raz VP, HR & OD

Pros

Night shift is not as hectic as the day shift. Great support for specialists from the management team.

Cons

As you are taking calls, sometimes it can feel as though you have a lot of idle time when things are slow. This can be slightly frustrating for those who like to stay busy/always have something to do as you are limited to movement around the call center outside of your designated break times.
