Pros

Been at this company a while as we have grown, gone through a merger of four companies and now a recent acquisition. The people I work with and the clients we serve are the main reasons I love working at NAVEX. No day is the same, there are challenges that we face, but you don't have to face those challenges alone. Especially on the services side of the business, Senior Leadership is exceptionally supportive and encouraging of all employees.

Cons

Hours can be long, and expectations are high, but for individuals who enjoy a fast paced and collaborate environment, it's a good place to work.

EthicsPoint was a unique combination of work hard / play hard. The company was focused on growth, but also genuinely cared about it's employees and involved in the local community.

Cons

Good things rarely last. Someone came along with a big enough wallet, and EthicsPoint was no more. Merged with 3 other companies to form NAVEX Global... and subsequently the death of a once great company.
