      Pros

      The company operates in the ethics and compliance space. The products and services help companies develop ethical cultures. Senior leadership is very engaged in the hands on running of the business.

      Cons

      The work never ends. The company is in a very challenging season. Four companies have been integrated into one. Most of the employees have absolutely no idea this task was as hard as it is.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good benefits, flexible shifts, great people are working at the Charlotte, NC location. The amazing thing is that everybody has a positive attitude, there is no badmouthing the company at the "water cooler". Nice facility, good parking, easy to reach south Charlotte location.

      Cons

      Don't kid yourself, it is a stressful, fast, high-volume environment. Sometimes you hear pretty disturbing stories on the inbound calls. If you are not good at typing and managing pretty complex software FAST, do not consider this place.
