Pros

The CEO is an amazing person. He really believes in his core that coaching is the way to manage people.

Cons

Before it was NavexGlobal and we were still EthicsPoint it felt a lot like a cool 200 person software company. Since we were bought by a big equity firm and merged with 3 other companies it's lost a lot of the fun culture because people are too stressed to have much fun and hang out anymore.

Good place to start out as an AE.

Cons

- revolving door in management. - expectations change constantly - no true path for promotion - territory changes quite often - territory dependent on reaching target numbers - salary is below average and near impossible to reach OTE. - multiple CEO’s during tenure - multiple different managers within tenure. - multiple VP’s during tenure. - lack of accountability from leadership - over hiring, there is always 4-6 people waiting for you to fail to take your spot. - you are judged by monthly performance and not quarterly performance. - toxic sales culture which leads to loss of deals and heavy customer churn. - customer support is so backed up they can’t get to any new cases.

a few decent folk around

Cons

high turnover due to cost cutting and bad pay, no progression (only one chance a year and even then its slim if you get picked). unstable culture.
