      We appreciate your candor. We recognize we have fallen short of our care for people in the past. However, we are working to improve our company culture by providing more company lunches, events, philanthropy opportunities, and communication in town hall meetings.       Pros

      Great work environment, fun team to work with in an environment where the most important goal is happy customers. NAVEX supports the cause of making workplace environments safe, ethical, and compliant for employers and most importantly for their employees. Very collaborative atmosphere with highly intelligent and outgoing colleagues.

      Cons

      Fast growth means lots of training, so ensuring the company gets every colleague on-boarded and equipped for success is always something they're striving to improve.

      Great people who are there to help you succeed. Always a friendly face.

      Cons

      Compensation was really low. And I don't think there are any chances of making it higher.
